By using this site and the services of PowerRent Malaysia (Kak Kenduri Sdn. Bhd. (1507990-A)), you agree to the following terms & conditions.
Quotes & bookings
All prices displayed on this site are indicative and subject to capacity, location, rental period, and unit availability. Final pricing will be confirmed in an official quote. A booking is only confirmed once the deposit/documents are received.
Use of the unit
The renter is responsible for operating the genset according to the guidelines provided. Any damage due to negligence or misuse is the renter's responsibility. A free unit replacement is provided if the breakdown is not caused by the renter's negligence.
Delivery & diesel
Unless stated otherwise, the rental price excludes delivery charges and diesel. These details will be clearly stated in your quote.
Limitation of liability
PowerRent Malaysia is not responsible for any indirect losses arising from power supply disruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant rental.
